1 - General Conditions
- By making a purchase, the customer agrees to all the terms described below.
- All scripts provided are exclusively for use in the FiveM and/or RedM games, in compliance with the platforms' guidelines and licenses.
- It is the customer's responsibility to verify the compatibility of the scripts with their server before making a purchase.
2 - Licensing and Use
- Each script purchased is licensed for the exclusive use of the buyer and is restricted to a single server unless otherwise specified.
- Redistribution, resale, sharing, or making the purchased scripts available to third parties in any form is strictly prohibited.
- Modifications to the code are allowed for personal use only and cannot be shared as modified versions.
3 - Product Delivery
- Scripts will be delivered digitally, typically via email or a download link, after payment confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the payment platform used. The average delivery time is up to 24 hours.
4 - Warranty and Support
- We provide a functionality warranty at the time of delivery. Issues arising from modifications to the script are not covered by the warranty.
- Technical support is available for questions and resolving issues directly related to the original functionality of the script.
- Support will be provided for 30 days following the purchase unless extended support is specified.
5 - Refund Policy
- Refunds are not issued for digital products after delivery, except in cases where the product delivered is completely different from what was advertised.
- Refunds will not be granted for server incompatibility or customer-made modifications.
6 - Intellectual Property
- All scripts are protected by copyright laws. Intellectual property rights remain with the creator, even after purchase.
- Any violations, such as redistribution or misuse, will be subject to legal action.
7 - Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify the terms of purchase at any time, with prior notification to customers through our official channels.
